What cannot be stored in storage units and why these restrictions?

The safety of our customers and their property is our first priority. Storing certain items may pose risks to health and safety or have legal consequences. By following these guidelines, you will help create a safe and clean environment for everyone. To ensure your safety and protection and that of other stored items, it is important that certain items are not stored in our storage units.

Here is a list of prohibited storage items:

1. Hazardous materials, Explosives: explosives, fireworks, ammunition, Flammable substances: gasoline, diesel, kerosene, solvents, Chemicals: acids, alkalis, bleaches, pesticides, Toxic substances: poisons, toxic substances, asbestos
2. Illegal items, Drugs: Illegal drugs and their paraphernalia, Stolen goods: items acquired through theft or other criminal acts, Illegal Weapons: Unlicensed or Prohibited Weapons
3. Perishable goods, Food: Fresh, perishable or frozen food, Plants: Living plants that require special storage conditions
4. Living beings, Animals: Live animals of any kind, People: It is strictly forbidden to host or lock people in storage boxes
5. Valuables, Cash and precious metals: Large amounts of cash, gold, silver or other precious metals, Valuable art: artwork, jewelry and antiques of great value
6. Medical waste, Biological waste: Medical waste, blood samples, contaminated materials
7. Other prohibited items, Radioactive materials: Any form of radioactive substances, Items with strong odor: Items that emit strong and unpleasant odors
